Barista Fundamentals

Our barista fundamentals course will introduce you to the theoretical and practical components of making a delicious cup of coffee.

Designed for the cafe all rounders, home espresso drinkers, coffee enthusiasts, or baristas looking to get a better understanding of the correct coffee making processes.

We will teach you all of the essential techniques needed to land that job as a barista or to take your home coffee game to the next level.

Filter Coffee Master Class

Brewing filter coffee is one of the most simple, accessible, and cost effective ways to make delicious coffee and it can be a whole lot of fun too.

 During this course we will unpack the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to brew consistently delicious coffee at home, the office, in your cafe or when travelling.

We are able to cover the entire spectrum of brewing equipment and techniques or can focus solely on your preferred brew method, such as Aeropress, Pour Over, Batch Brew, or French Press. The choice is all yours.

Latte Art and Advanced Milk Techniques

Are you already making delicious coffee but cant quite achieve consistently silky milk?

Can’t figure out how to progress from pouring a simple blob to a swan no matter how hard you try?

Not sure how to stop your Soy mylk from curdling?

Then our Latte Art and Advanced Milk Techniques course is just what you need.

Mitchal Parkin is a renowned industry professional and competition barista with over 15 years of experience. His skills and knowledge gained through working as a Coffee Roaster, Barista, Coffee Consultant, Barista Trainer, and Café owner have given him a deep understanding of what goes into making an exceptional coffee.
