Our latest release showcases coffee from Diego Campos and Derlin Roa, producers from Huila, Colombia who are redefining what modern Colombian coffee can taste like.

Diego’s path through specialty coffee is legendary. From years behind the machine to becoming the 2021 World Barista Champion, his obsession with flavour and processing now pours directly into the coffees he produces alongside Derlin and her family.

This lot is packed with vibrant fruit, layered sweetness and the kind of juicy clarity we chase every time we fire up the roaster. Expect expressive flavours, clean structure and a finish that keeps hanging around long after the last sip.

We’ve roasted El Diamante to highlight all the energy and complexity this coffee carries from farm to cup.
