Notes : To achieve special prep (aka “Premium” in Ethiopia) all cherries are picked at perfect ripeness from a small number of producers during one single day of harvesting.

There are only a very small number of bags produced in this way every year.

Taste like fresh ripe blueberries & purple plum. A juicy mouthfeel and syrupy sweet aftertaste. Bursting with flavour.
