Hailing from the highlands of Jimma, Ethiopia, this beautifully balanced washed coffee is grown by Mensur Aba Hika, part of the Tokuma Farmer Group.

Grown at around 2,000 metres above sea level, the slow-ripening cherries bring a lovely depth and complexity to the cup.

Expect rich sweetness, juicy blueberry, delicate tea-like notes and a gentle gingerbread finish.

Clean, layered and seriously good drinking.
