Want to make café quality coffee in the comfort of your own home? It is easier than you think.

It may seem impossible to get the same delicious espresso and silky milk like your favourite local barista, but once you understand the variables and techniques behind the process you will be pouring silky flat whites in no time.

Much like our barista fundamentals course, we will teach you all of the essential techniques and theoretical knowledge needed to take your home coffee game to the next level and create a greater appreciation for the craft of making coffee.

Designed for the home baristas, coffee enthusiasts, team bonding, or celebrating special occasions.

Course content:

• Introduction into the world of specialty coffee
• Familiarisation with equipment options and understanding their strengths and weakness
• Understanding espresso extraction
• “Dialling in” specialty coffee to a recipe
• Grinder adjustments – how, when and why
• Texturing silky milk
• Pouring techniques
• Equipment cleaning and maintenance

When — This class is able to operate anytime between 2pm and 7pm, 7 days a week. You are able to add your date and time preference when booking, and we will be in touch to confirm your course. Please keep in mind we will do our best to endeavor to meet your needs.

Group Bookings – 4 people for $360 (25% discount).
One-on-one training available at $175 for 1.5 hour session.
Single-attendant tickets are $120.

Cancellations — we offer to exchange, refund, or transfer your course booking if notice is given at least 72 hours prior to the course commencing.

We are unable to offer exchange, refund, or transfer your booking if you fail to attend or give notice within this 72hr period.

If the course is not able to proceed due to numbers we will notify you 72hrs prior to the course.
