Teresa ia a 52yr old producer in the Sierra Mazateca of Northwest Oaxaca, and is a member of the loosely associated group of producers know as La Union, based in the neighbouring town of San Mateo, Yoloxchitlán.
Tastes like: panela sugar, crisp pear, kiwifruit, subtle citrus fruits, nougat.
250g whole beans. Available for either filter or espresso. Because we have a rotating selection of amazing single origin beans on offer, please note that your order may arrive in slightly different packaging to that pictured. Your coffee, however, will be as described (and delicious!)
